community, the Healthy Peabody Collaborative, the
Peabody Board of Health, and the Peabody Police
Department want to provide education about the facts and
consequences of medical marijuana.

- 35 Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers may be set up
in Massachusetts
- Qualifying Patients and Caregivers may be allowed to
grow marijuana in their home
- A person could legally carry a 60 day supply of
marijuana (quantity undefined)
- Virtually anyone with a physician’s note may be able to
obtain “Medical Marijuana”
- Currently, by the 11th grade, one in three teenagers uses
marijuana regularly in the Commonwealth
