In line with our mission to create an overall healthier
community, the Healthy Peabody Collaborative, the Peabody
Board of Health, and the Peabody Police Department want
to provide education about the facts and consequences of
medical marijuana.

  • 35 Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers may be set up
    in Massachusetts
  • Qualifying Patients and Caregivers may be allowed to
    grow marijuana in their home
  • A person could legally carry a 60 day supply of marijuana
    (quantity undefined)
  • Virtually anyone with a physician’s note may be able to
    obtain “Medical Marijuana”
  • Currently, by the 11th grade, one in three teenagers uses
    marijuana regularly in the Commonwealth

  • The American Glaucoma Society
